Cookie Policy

This page lists every cookie and similar storage technology used on velko.agency, what each one is for, who sets it, how long it lasts, and how to control it. It is a companion to our Privacy Policy.

Effective: 30 May 2026 Last updated: 30 May 2026

01 What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Cookies are used to remember preferences, hold a session, deliver embedded content, or track behaviour across pages. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixel images) work in related ways and we treat them under the same policy.

02 How we use cookies

Velko does not run analytics, advertising, or behavioural-tracking platforms on velko.agency. We do not set any first-party cookies of our own beyond what is needed to remember whether you have dismissed the cookie banner.

The cookies you may encounter come from third-party services we embed: a contact form processor, a scheduling widget, a newsletter platform, and a content delivery network. Each is listed below.

03 Cookie categories

Essential Always on

Required for the site to work. These do not require consent because the site cannot function without them. They never track you for advertising purposes.

Functional Activated by use

Set only when you interact with an embedded tool, for example when you open the Calendly booking widget or submit the newsletter form. If you do not use those tools, these cookies are not set.

Analytics and advertising Not used

None. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any equivalent tool. We do not run advertising trackers.

04 Cookies in detail

The table below lists the cookies you may encounter. Names and durations are set by the third party and can change without notice; if you spot a discrepancy, write to us and we will update this page.

05 How to control cookies

In your browser

Every modern browser lets you block, allow, or delete cookies. Look for "Cookies and site data" or "Privacy" in your browser's settings. You can also browse in private or incognito mode, which discards cookies when the window closes.

By not using the tool

Calendly and Kit cookies are only set if you actively use the widget. If you reach out by emailing hello@velko.agency directly instead of opening Calendly or the newsletter form, those cookies are never set.

By dismissing the banner

The cookie banner shown on your first visit lets you acknowledge this policy. Dismissing it sets a single cookie (velko_cookie_ack) so we do not show it again. It does not enable any tracking, because there is no tracking to enable.

06 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Since we do not run cross-site tracking, behavioural analytics, or advertising, these signals have nothing to disable on our side. We honour them by default because we never collected the data they protect against in the first place.

07 Changes to this policy

If we add or remove a third-party tool, we will update this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material additions (for example, if we ever introduced an analytics tool) would be announced clearly on the homepage and in our newsletter before going live.

08 Questions

Write to hello@velko.agency if anything on this page is unclear or out of date. We treat cookie policy questions with the same seriousness as any other privacy question, and we respond.

The short version: we don't run analytics or ad trackers. The only cookies on velko.agency come from the contact form, the booking widget, the newsletter form, and the CDN that serves our fonts and scripts. Skip those tools and your visit leaves almost no trace.
